Boohiss!

I’m in a writing rut.

Rarely am I at a loss of words for my blog. More often than not, I rely on my blog writing to jumpstart the writing that I get paid to do; alas, it appears that the tables have turned.

I’ve knocked out three draft press releases this week and some web copy, painlessly I might add. Usually it would take me days, weeks, kick in the pants by an individual known as Mighty Tejana. It’s like, gross, really, how much stuff I have jammed out on this week.

I mean, usually the blog is almost this epicenter of all the crappy crap in my head that I have to get out in order to write decent stuff. Now, I have no crap in my head to spill.

Instead, I’m left with a willingness to actually write stuff I’m supposed to write on.

This doesn’t make any sense, which of course, is perfect, because I’d rather be writing nonsensical items here instead of somewhere else.

Why I Love Meredith Grey.

I’m in love with Grey’s Anatomy. I am starting to really dislike Desperate Housewives (I mean, it is just too far out there now… that show used to be a “tall-tale” of fairly realistic storylines, but now it is just stupid), so now I patiently wait through DH to get to Grey’s. Maybe it’s because I worked in a hospital for five summers in a row and feel a connection to the characters, from the nurses to the arrogant doctors, but I usually end up crying at the end of every episode.

cyber stalking.

it’s a serious issue and it needs to be brought to the attention of any person willing to place their information online.

you do it everyday, when you read my blog, whether you like me or not. if you read my blog on a daily basis, you definitely are cyber stalking. because i don’t know who is reading it. which is fine. i have no problem with it really.

but here is where it crosses a line: do not contact me via e-mail or phone or spread what i type to other people if i don’t know you read my blog. that’s just poor blog etiquette. don’t ask me why, it just doesn’t feel right.

essentially, just let me know you read my blog before you feel the need to contact me or spread what i type around to your friends, co-workers, or fellow bloggers. if you are cyber stalking me, let me know. i could even give you a shout out or something, unless i don’t really like you…

in my attempt to become a concise individual with little-to-no superfluous fluff, i have combined my 360.yahoo.com blog and the myspace blog.

it’s simple – combine random dialogue of the week from myspace with the occasional annoyances i sincerely describe on 360.yahoo.com.
